Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for managing the globally IT team of SAP FI/CO Consultants, providing strategic leadership and technical expertise in the selection, process and solution design, deployment and prioritization of technology solutions for the Financial Shared Services processes. You will drive strategy & assist business partners in the identification of new capabilities, provide thought leadership and innovation relative to emerging trends in the finance solution areas. You will support the objectives established by finance leadership through establishing a strategic technology direction. Also, you will be responsible for program management and deployment of new initiatives. Moreover, you will participate in business trips as needed across North America, South America, Europe, or Asia.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this role you need to hold strong business experience with large global Finance systems implementations preferably SAP FI/CO or Oracle EBS and strong leadership experience from SSC environment. Also, it would be essential to have knowledge of implementing / managing related business technologies particularly SAP Order to Cash and Procure to Pay solutions, Coupa Invoicing, Kofax MarkView/Lexmark ReadSoft, OpenText AP automation, etc. You should have demonstrable experience with Audit / Tax / Compliance standards in Europe and related business technologies. Due to work in international environment, you need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English language as well as ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
