YOUR TASK

• Invoice processing - handling of invoices for payment (from arrival to post)
• Entering data, document filling and scanning, administration of our internal accounting software
• Managing company’s global accounting mailbox and ticketing system, analysing external and internal requests
• Reviewing incoming invoices, maintaining contact with our vendors and suppliers in case of delays, missing information, incorrectness etc.
• Tracking payment deadlines, following up with internal invoice approvers, managing requests for payments
• Providing accurate 1st level of support for the company’s financial liabilities

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in the field of invoicing/AR/AP
• Strong analytical, numeric and organisational skills
• High level of personal responsibility with strong attention to detail
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Would be an asset:

• Higher education qualification in related area (financial, accountancy etc.)
• German language
