EMA Digital Solutions operations jr. specialist |
The Jr. specialist will be focussing on the solutions and tools that are managed or serviced by the EMEA HR Digital Solutions team. The primary work is to advise about and support internal clients using these tools.
Role Overview:
- Collaborate with internal clients and have a structured and planned way of working with the different tools simultaneously
- Where relevant, work with other teams to combine information when we need to advise a member firm.
- Use the latest insights and updates on the tools we use to be sure the work is relevant to our clients and add value.
- Collaborate with EMA subject matter experts to understand their needs and make sure the right tooling is used
- Day-to-day troubleshooting and continuation of the work for all our internal clients is key
Required Skills:
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in fields like technology, learning technology, statistics, big data or a subject closely related to this
- Fluent English and Polish Language skills will be essential for this role, both oral and written
- Communication Skills: Able to present to country teams and internal stakeholders. You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.
- Analytical Skills: Need to be analytical to understand problems and come up with the best fit for the problem.
- Attention to Detail: Details can make the difference with technology. It is important to pay attention to it and be accurate.
- Experience with MS office is a must
- Knowledge and fluency in using SharePoint tools will be a very strong asset. Experience with other tools like Adobe VC or authoring tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge and fluency in using graphic programmes will be an advantage
Previous Experience:
- 1 year relevant experience in this field
- Working in a complex environment is a strong asset
- Knowledge and experience with the latest HR tools and insights
- Experience in working in the international (and virtual) environment will be very much welcomed
