The role
We are looking for an administrator focusing on financial area; with energy and enthusiasm to provide proactive, high quality and accurate support to the Global Compensation team. The role will require attention to details, initiative and independent thinking plus strong organizational skills, working to implementation timelines and delivering in a dynamic changing environment.


Candidate Focus & Challenge

 

  • Finance processes administration:

 

  1. Delivering high quality support of the finance processes for the Reward Finance Specialist and the Global HR Reward Team
  2. Supporting end to end P2P (Purchase to Pay) Process - from raising of Purchase Orders through to Invoicing, Cross-charging and Accrual
  3. Raising and monitoring Purchase Orders and Payment Requests through different finance systems
  4. Checking and verifying data in Ariba/SAP systems
  5. Preparing and sending documentation for the Global Cross-charging Process
  6. Supporting the Reward Finance Specialist in every day ad-hoc activities
  7. Creating and keeping updated finance trackers

  • Compensation processes administration
  1. Working with our global salary survey vendors (WTW and Mercer)
  2. Granting accesses to surveys for approved users
  3. Resolving user questions about surveys (around publication dates, access, etc.)
  4. Workday (WD) users Tickets administration in cooperation with the team
  5. Requesting changes in Workday (adding/updating/deactivating jobs; updating WD with new MRP on regular basis)
 
  • Other duties: 
  •  Maintaining department manuals in WD and on SharePoint
  • Translating or ordering translation of internal documents; (eg. Workday manuals)
  • Participating in administrative continuous improvement activities
  • Contributing to knowledge sharing within the Global Compensation Team
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when necessary including providing relevant reporting for project activities and other administrative work

  • Qualifications
    • Economics / financial or related education preferred;
    • 1 or more years’ experience of working in finance, procurement or C & B team
    • Able to communicate fluently in English
    • Relevant professional qualification in administrative skills; finance processes knowledge
    • Very good MS Excel / databases skills 
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Interest of finance processes
    • Ready to work with short and strict timelines
    • Ability to work independently with only general guidance
    • Can-do approach and willingness to learn new skills
