Key activities
- Developing, implementing, and administering compensation and incentive policy, procedures, practices and programs
- Conducting surveys and studying labor markets to determine compensation trends
- Analyzing jobs and reviewing job descriptions and specifications
- Consulting with leaders and providing recommendations on compensation issues
- Advisory to the local HR of assigned countries on all C&B related matters.
- Reviewing job and compensation changes and making recommendations
- Interpreting local, state, and federal laws regulating compensation practices
Key Qualifications required
- 3+ years of related experience in HR Compensation and Benefits
- At least bachelor level education, preferably in the field of Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration
- Practical knowledge of job evaluation techniques (preferably Hay methodology)
- Experience in compensation market analysis as well as organizations and job analysis
- Practical knowledge of compensation and incentive plan design, implementation and administration techniques and methods
- Ability to manage projects within Compensation & Benefits area
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel and general computer literacy At least B2 level written and spoken English skills
