HR Specialist with French

Responsibilities:
- performing HR services in accordance with the standards adopted in the company,
- explanation of HR issues in French (by phone and e-mail),
- support in HR activities for supervisors and other employees,
- participation in improving processes and procedures existing in the company based on experience with clients,
- administrative activities - data management in SAP, e-mail support, work with employee documentation,
- preparation of information and documents for the company's needs.
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent,
- knowledge of English and French (min. B2),
- very good knowledge of MS Office,
- knowledge of SAP as an asset,
- previous experience in the area of HR in the corporate environment as a plus,
- high level of interpersonal skills - organizational skills, professionalism in action, ease of establishing relationships.
