Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement automated process improvements for the Mutual Fund Administration Team using the RRD FundSuiteARC financial reporting tool.
  • Act as liaison for the Mutual Fund Administration team with vendor and IT stakeholders.
  • Utilize Microsoft technology to enhance the financial reporting process.
  • Introduce and train the Mutual Fund Administration Team on new technology.
  • Implement new client business on financial reporting software and enhance legacy client builds.
  • Perform special projects and assume certain responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Employee Specifications:

  • BS degree in business related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • Must have expertise in: Microsoft Office: Excel and Word
  • Proven time management skills
  • Able work independently and to managing multiple tasks / priorities / projects
  • Ability to produce high quality deliverables while meeting deadlines
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for learning and development - identifying & addressing internal client needs
  • Ability to think creatively solve problems promote solutions and identify opportunities to improve
  • A strong understanding of financial reporting preferred
  • A comfort level analyzing code (i.e. VBA SQL) is preferred
