SAP O2C Senior Consultant (SD)
Main activities:
- Support of end users, helping to solve problems reported by users of SAP support, incident management module SAP Order To Cash (SAP SD, CRM); ensure continuity of work by eliminating problems arising in the system
- Analysis of the needs of the users in business processes in the area of module SD, CRM and propose solutions / improvements in the system
- Execution of requests RFC (Request for Change), in collaboration with a team of ABAP and other IT teams and business
- Testing new solutions (regression testing / integration testing, module tests, acceptance tests)
- Provide training in the framework of SAP SD and implemented functionality for business users, trainers, super-trainers, SD team members and other teams in IT office
- Documentation and technical specifications (functional)
- Keeping presentations, trainings on the functionality of the module SD, CRM
- Continuous improvement in the solutions SAP SD modules as well as connecting directly or indirectly to the system, including BW reporting, cooperation with other teams
- Support projects of national / international conducted in the office of SAP support, keeping all or part of the projects in the area of SD in cooperation with business, IT
- Estimating the workload for technical mplementations with teams and programmers
- Ensuring compliance with the requirements of corporate and external audit
- Wekend support and delivery of support during the weekend out of normal work hours (rotating depending on team and requirements)
- SAP customizing in the SD, transportation area, knowledge of variant configurator and CRM systems.
Requirements:
- basic knowledge of the ERP class system eg SAP (welcome).
- ability to work in a team
- very good command of English
- openness and willingness to learn new technical tools to support the testing process
- willing to improve or learn programming
- communication, flexibility, commitment
- resistance to stress
- ability to work independently, creative within the assigned responsibilities
- minimum of several years of experience as a consultant or key user of SAP, CRM
- knowledge of business processes in the enterprise - especially in the area of Order To Cash, CRM
- knowledge of processes in the metallurgical industry
- programming skills
- knowledge of software life cycle
- knowledge of SAP modules and solutions (SAP certifications welcome)
- knowledge of SAP Solution Manager
- knowledge of SAP system or other ERP system
- ABAP programming ability as an additional advantage
