Opis stanowiska:
- preparation of budgets and comparison with actual performance
- analysis of business performance: costs, pricing, ad-hoc analysis, cost reduction initiatives,
- responsible for month-end close processes, creation of cost centres and cost allocation,
- performing profitability analysis for various investment projects,
- contribute to continuous improvement by proposing ideas,
- close cooperation between departments (including production, planning, supply chain),
- reporting directly to the Finance Director and Plant Manager.
Wymagania:
- minimum 3 years of overall combined experience in financial controlling,
- very good understanding of finance in manufacturing company,
- communicative English would be a strong asset,
- strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- very independent and self-reliant person,
- ability to work under pressure and be able to delivery on time.
