Holding the position you will be responsible for handling escalated calls and tickets from users. You will be resolving technical issues and following the defined processes while attempting to resolve L1 incidents. You will be also identifying areas for improvement, delivering best quality service for the customers.

To be successful in this role you need fluent knowledge of English and Swedish (at least B2/C1 level). Previous experience within customer service or IT helpdesk would be an asset. Moreover, our Client appreciates your set of IT skills regarding desk servicing, good knowledge of key IT processes around service delivery and operations.
