The position:
HR Business Analyst Salesforce is meant to support the HR agenda in the area of Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Community Cloud, gather and analyze business requirements for reorganizations HR is going through, identify immediate and long-term areas for improvement bringing highest business value and work with Salesforce DevOps organization to configure system according to requirements while staying as close to market standard as possible.
 
What will you do?
The accountabilities of the business analyst are:  
 

 

  • Work with Product Owner to continuously improve Salesforce Service Cloud; gather business requirements, analyze them and translate into optimal solution proposals;

  • Support Product Owner with requirements’ prioritization by assessing which improvements are delivering highest business value;

  • Work closely with IT developers on building new functionalities required for other projects or for continuous improvement;

  • Support defining requirements for HR Portal integration through Community Cloud, identify interdependencies between Community Cloud and Service Cloud and ensure most effective integration;

  • Apply Agile-Scrum methodology, contribute to Scrum meetings and support effective sprint planning, by timely refining requirements;

  • Bridge HR with IT organization, provide support for Process Architects/Analysts on how Salesforce can support their processes;

  • Support global service delivery model by ensuring Salesforce ways of working are compliant to the global standard and fit for purpose;

  • Keep business documentation of Salesforce System updated, especially this related to Data Privacy & Compliance.

Requirements:

 

What we need from you:
We are looking for someone who has the drive and energy to quickly contribute to the team and exploit the full potential of this opportunity.  Someone who has:
 

 

  • University degree or equivalent, business administration preferred;

  • Excellent command of English, both spoken & written;

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Shared Services organization or IT organization;

  • Experience in working with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum;

  • Experience with continuous improvement methods, ideally Lean Practitioner certified;

  • Ability to collect and analyze data to formulate conclusions  and make proactive recommendations, evaluate and simplify end to end customer experiences

  • Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis and building & evaluating business cases;

  • Good knowledge of Salesforce.com would be preferable;

  • Strong IT literacy, with self-drive to expand knowledge and stay up-to-date with newest developments in Salesforce other IT trends and solutions;

  • Experience in system testing;

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning interface & Salesforce Community Cloud would be preferable;

  • Experience with HR processes and HR operations;

  • Ability to operate effectively in a dispersed, diverse virtual team and dealing with ambiguity;

  • Excellent communication and relationship skills, stakeholder management and influencing skills with a proven ability to deliver through others.
