What will you do?

This role leads a Warsaw team of SEA (Search engine advertising) experts, providing European-language insights, working alongside English-only PPC/SEO and delivering service to a representatives at the client site.

You will be responsible for the end to end people management of dedicated team and service delivery for the client within SEA offering.

Mostly you will:

• Leading dedicated team of specialists in their day to day responsibilities to meet client expectations, taking responsibility for the team engagement
• Playing the role of single point of contact for shaping and deploying service scope, potential risk management and issue resolutions applicable to dedicated services
• Creating and implementing SEA strategy, recommending budget for particular European markets for the Client together with regional account team and client representative 
• Discussing and defining SEA campaigns with client’s vendors
• Operational support for dedicated countries focusing on high quality and timely deliverables realization in context of: 
  • keyword coverage, develop compelling ad copy, and optimize Google AdWords
  • optimization of PPC campaigns
  • monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels

What we do expect from you:

• Master’s degree in marketing / computer science / business management domains as preferred 
• Fluency in English and other languages defined
• Proven record of min. 3 years of experience and success in leading the dedicated team and experience in work in multinational environment
• Minimum 4 years of working experience with client facing role dedicated to SEA offerings in a fast paced environment
• Technical skills:
  • Google Analytics and AdWords, Google AdWords Keyword Tool
  • Marin, Sizmek – platforms management
