Job description:

 

Effectively promoting HSSE culture in a dynamic and demanding environment.
Maintaining good cooperation with stakeholders, including contractors to ensure their compliance with HSSE standards and high HSSE awareness.
Principal Accountabilities:

 

  1. Actively promoting HSSE by implementing projects and initiatives, delivering awareness programs to managers, staff and contractors.

  2. Delivering and administering HSSE related trainings for staff and contractors

  3. Ensuring proper awareness, trainings and preparedness of Staff in various roles (First Aiders, Fire Wardens, HSSE FPs, etc.)

  4. Delivering periodical and ad hoc reports on HSSE performance.

  5. Participating in the implementation and maintaining of the office HSSE management system, including developing and implementing of procedures/instructions

  6. Managing incident information database, analyze & interpret data, conduct investigations and communicate learnings.

  7. Carrying out HSSE risk assessment of activities; planning and coordinating assurance programs (audits, safety walks and assurance

  8. Participating in contractors’ assurance process by participating in review of plans, KPIs and risks assessments.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent English

  • ​University degree and postgraduate studies in HSSE

  • At least 1 year experience in HSSE (legal requirement)

  • Training and facilitation skills (providing trainings and engagement to SBO saff)

  • Managing personal safety risks

  • Implementing HSSE requirements

  • Implementing contractors’ management

  • Lead, Prepare and Apply HSSE Management competences

  • Polish and Shell health and safety regulations
