For our Client, a global company specialised in risk, retirement and health consulting, we are currently looking for BC Lead who will be responsible for EMEA Region and will manage the work of BC Management team.
On this position you will be responsible for monitoring, managing and developing business continuity plans and maintaining update calendars with each site BTR Manager/Coordinator. Document progress and compliance utilizing the preferred program management tools. Your responsibilities will include continually assess and refine program processes and milestone plans to ensure continuous improvement as well as provide periodic advice and support to regional BTR sponsors/managers/coordinators to assist in resolving program issues. You will be responsible for risk assessment to evaluate potential threats, evaluation current office BTR plan(s) against generally agreed upon company policies, standards and frameworks, assess potential business impacts through development/management of a business impact analysis (BIA) and more.
