is seeking candidates for new position:

PURCHASING AGENT

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

Ensures purchasing team is enabled to:

Manage the execution of the PR to PO process.

• Prepare and launch RFQ for spot purchases
• Prepare and launch reverse auction for spot purchases
• Monitor Suppliers’ responses, processes to enable answers on bid-criteria
• Manage entire tendering process on behalf of EPO buyers
• Prepare comparative statement for Buyers
• Convert Purchase requisition to purchase order

Responsible for  contract management in the local backend:

• Create/Maintain SAP contracts and Systems
• Update line items in local backend in coordination with buyers
• Execute functional test when required

Claims

• Give support to the resolution of claims
• Manages of web cycles in cooperation with Finance, Warehouses and suppliers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master degree required
• Previous experience in contract administration preferred
• Good knowledge of Polish and  English business fluency
• Strong organization skills, analytical skills
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
