Key responsibilities
Supervision for cross domain processes AP
Managing and coordinating team in day to day operations
Training team members on various processes and domain related requirements
Manage & develop the relationship with the client
Coordination and implementation of tools in the team
Ensure team's compliance to guidelines & policies
Requirements
Fluent English and French
Min 2 years of experience on similar position
Excellent F&A process understanding & knowledge
Experience in telephone customer service
Master’s degree in Finance
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Leadership skills
Stress resistance
Willingness to work second shift (14-22)
