For our Client, an international production company, we are looking for an experienced candidate for a role of Treasury Team Leader. A person in this position will be acting as a treasury expert and provide supervision, support, and backup for all team members.

Responsibilities:
- leading a team, providing daily support, supervision and knowledge within finances,
- creating and delivering reports for special projects,
- providing periodic reports and analyzes for clients,
- proper management and distribution of work between team members,
- providing ways to increase efficiency and performance,
- continuous training of employees and providing them with support at every stage of work.
Requirements:
- at least 2 years of experience in leading a team,
- minimum 4 years of experience working in accounting, 2 years in the treasury area,
- strong competence in people management,
- fluency in English (at least B2 level), knowledge of the additional European language will be an asset,
- strong organizational and analytical skills,
- team management skills,
- knowledge of SAP and excellent Excel skills.
