Key responsibilities:
Clients’ visits
organization - taking care of the visitors of supported departments - travel and accommodation, events, security, general support
Timely travel arrangements (flights, hotels) for employees in line with Travel Policy and cost effectiveness, rented cars, company’s cars, taxi arrangements, visas
Support in maintaining accommodation processes
Taking care of procurement processes: purchase of goods, office stationery stock management, cost control, invoices’ verification
Organization of internal meetings and events, management of conference rooms
Data management: maintenance of documentation, update of information boards, preparation of internal reporting, providing proper document flow, communication to employees; administration of mail and couriers services
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in similar position
Very good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel & Power Point)
Very good command of English (written and spoken)
Excellent organizational skills
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Eye for details
Ability to work under time pressure
