IT Audit Manager, Vice President

Responsibilities:
- act as role model, coach and people manager for the team located in Poland,
- build and manage relationships with key stakeholders around the Europe,
- execute and manage audits in IT area,
- demonstrate risk awareness in order to ensure an appropriately targeted and risk-focused audit approach,
- plan, advise and keep track on the progress of technology audit process execution,
- train and develop staff to provide outstanding performance and successions in the team.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in internal or external IT audit,
- previous experience in financial institutions or consulting companies,
- experience in people or project management,
- fluent English language, written and spoken,
- IT audit or security certifications (CISA, CISSP, CISM) as a huge asset,
- excellent communication and presentations skills.
