Job Description
As part of a familiar, dynamic and professional team, you are trained on the job by qualified professionals and gradually take on the following responsibilities:

- Reviewing , analyzing and identifying reliable data & document sources
- Communicating with international clients in German and English on the phone and via email
- Working together with clients in order to gather information and data
- Entering and importing the information gathered into the system in an accurate and precise manner
- Regularly monitoring and maintaining quality of data and documents and insuring information is systematically up-to-date
- Supporting and providing clients with the best possible quality of data and documents
The Successful Applicant
- Degree of higher education or ability to analyze complex coherences is a preference
- Knowledge of the financial/investment industry or solid numerical/analytical skills is a preference
- Fluency in English is a requirement, good language skills in German (business language in the Zurich office)and any other language (Mandarin, French, Spanish) are an asset
- General IT-Affinity with strong Excel skills
- Excellent communicator, who enjoys exchanging with stakeholders on all hierarchical levels
- Detail orientated, meticulous approach to work with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preference for systematical tasks whilst keeping the bigger picture in mind
- Reliable and flexible team player who is also able to work autonomously with a self-disciplined approach
