Job Description
- Design new products based on the requirements, assumptions and preliminary design ideas
- Electronics design including schematics design, PCB tracing, prototyping etc. for both existing and new products and the test fixtures.
- Design, implement and modify firmware and embedded software for existing and new products and test fixtures
- Introduce changes into electrical design and reflect those in the design documentation
- Ensure high quality level for both hardware and firmware/software by following recommended practices and
- Company standards (code reviews, peer design reviews, developer pre-release and pre-submission testing, etc.)
- Work closely with Product Management and Product Engineering to understand customer/market needs and translate them into new design/product ideas
- Participate and provide support in all stages of product life cycle
- Participate in Research and New Product Development
- Ensure that all legal requirements to the electrical product documentation are met
The Successful Applicant
- Graduate of a Technical University- Electrical design, Computer engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent qualification
- 3- 5 years job experience as a electrical engineer with product development
- Experience in the design of both analog and digital electronic circuits
- Expert knowledge of C/C++ with embedded extensions
- Strong experience with Embedded software development methodology
- Experience with designing hard and soft real-time systems
- Experience with DFT, DFM, mass production, test and debug tools and techniques
- Experience with eCAD systems (Altium, PCAD etc)
- Familiarity with measuring devices and ability to perform necessary measurements
- Strong analytical ability
- Problem solver and a hands-on approach
- Very good in English and Polish both oral and written
- Knowledge in mechatronics would be an advantage
