Job Description
- Assess the marketing mix products in entrusted category to evaluate cost effectiveness and results
- Prepare and launch customer initiatives maximising product sales potential
- Propose measures and improve promotional effectiveness
- Manage and develop category portfolio
- Monitor and control category promotional budgets and identify investments with the highest ROI
- Ensure high sales planning accuracy
- Facilitate and stream collaboration with field sales team and other teams cross-functionally
- Analyse market trends and competition, identify opportunities and bring forward meaningful insights
- Lead the transparent communication of product-related information
- Follow compliance procedures and present excellent working standards
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 7 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical sector including managerial position in Rx business as must-have
- Master degree or equivalent in Science, Marketing or Business Management
- Commercial-wise and strategic approach - P&L management
- Positive influencer with ability to encourage challenging stakeholders to join his or her reasoning
- High change agility and flexibility
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ease at working in demanding, dynamic and ever-changing environment
- Reliable partner in cooperation with regional and global marketing teams
