Due to further development in Poland and new commercial strategy we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a broad portfolio of mature products.

Job Description
  • Assess the marketing mix products in entrusted category to evaluate cost effectiveness and results
  • Prepare and launch customer initiatives maximising product sales potential
  • Propose measures and improve promotional effectiveness
  • Manage and develop category portfolio
  • Monitor and control category promotional budgets and identify investments with the highest ROI
  • Ensure high sales planning accuracy
  • Facilitate and stream collaboration with field sales team and other teams cross-functionally
  • Analyse market trends and competition, identify opportunities and bring forward meaningful insights
  • Lead the transparent communication of product-related information
  • Follow compliance procedures and present excellent working standards
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical sector including managerial position in Rx business as must-have
  • Master degree or equivalent in Science, Marketing or Business Management
  • Commercial-wise and strategic approach - P&L management
  • Positive influencer with ability to encourage challenging stakeholders to join his or her reasoning
  • High change agility and flexibility
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ease at working in demanding, dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Reliable partner in cooperation with regional and global marketing teams
