Job Description
- Planning and deploying B2C CRM activities,
- Setting up and executing of e-mail campaigns in CRM systems,
- Conducting segmentation/target group selection in Hybris marketing based on defined selection criteria,
- Performing manual consumer data uploads ensuring a maximum of data quality,
- Excel exporting of target groups for further processing and/or campaigns via other channels,
- Provisioning of campaign reports according to defined requirements,
- Investigating of issues and provide solutions, proactive problem and incident management for business,
- Providing training for business about CRM system.
The Successful Applicant
- Knowledge of e-mail marketing,
- Experience with CRM marketing systems,
- Communicativeness, ability to take initiative,
- Problem-solving skills,
- Very good English skills.
