Job Description
  • Responsible for all aspects of the team's performance, specifically focused on quality and delivery targets, process adherence and the relationship with internal and external customers
  • Participation in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance
  • Comply with all relevant internal rules, policies and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection
  • Conduct and attend regular team meetings to review performance and update current progress against operational targets ensuring customer expectations are met in full
  • Ensure the team is effectively trained and that this is recorded via the appropriate method to enable maintenance of a fully flexible team to ensure quality and customer standards are achieved
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective leadership and providing high quality of service
  • Reporting changes and addressing potential improvements in processes to direct supervisor
  • Achievement of all the established goals both individual, responsible team as well as whole department ones according to the operational metrics
  • Monitor performance of the team, including design and measurement of relevant KPIs and target levels
  • Responsible for hiring and training
The Successful Applicant
  • At least Bachelor Degree
  • Excellent knowledge of processes in the area of Accounts Payable or Procurement
  • Knowledge SAP will be advantage
  • Team management experience
  • Must have good analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with a multi-department team
  • Ability to teamwork, also with regards to play an active role in maintaining contact to corporate department and stakeholders
  • High standard of communications skills in English
