* Developing new channels of customer acquisition to capture the growth with ROI focus * Providing alternatives for delivery of digital services and capabilities to diversify the business, through new channels opportunities driven by digital technology * Developing a strong understanding of products, competitors, industry and advertising goals of the company * Overseeing all KPIs set and developing tools to support business goals * Building channels and solutions to drive revenue growth, maximizing online conversion through understanding of customer behavior * Managing marketing budget and maximizing its effectiveness * Managing a portfolio of paid search campaigns (SEM) * Performing daily account management, including bids and budgets, quality scores and conversions * Developing and delivering weekly, monthly, quarterly reports * Monitoring a team of web analytics to identify problem areas across landing pages * End to end, full accountability for advertising goals and metrics including ROI
The Successful Applicant
* A minimum of 3 years user acquisition and digital consumer marketing experience with a focus on developing / optimizing marketing programs * A degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration and/or equivalent * Experience managing and optimizing online marketing campaigns with an emphasis on efficient spending to generate high ROI * Experience managing medium to large budgets, and experience in delivering significant PPC campaigns with proven success * A passion for everything digital and good knowledge of online advertising industry trends * Strong organisational and analytical skills, good eye for detail, ability to multitask * Knowledge of tracking systems and analytics software (e.g. Google Analytics) and SEM * Strong communication skills with the ability to be able to communicate effectively with all levels within the business * Fluent or good working knowledge of English * Ability to travel to HQs and our partnership countries periodically
