Job Description
- Management of incoming purchase orders and complaints as a first point of contact,
- Monitoring stocks and planned purchases in regards to Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) and Bill of Material (BOM) products,
- Working with internal stakeholders such us: procurement department, warehouse and logistics department,
- Reporting to the headquarter in abroad weekly and monthly up-dates,
- Resolving queries about available stocks and delivery times for given components,
- Participating in international projects,
- Giving inputs on how to match the service better according to the Client's needs.
The Successful Applicant
- 2-5 years of working experience in preferably manufacturing sector,
- Professional experience in either customer service for a production site or supply chain area,
- At least Bachelor's degree (preferably in a technical area),
- Fluent English language command,
- Proactive attitude and ability to look for solutions,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP system would be an asset,
- Understanding of technical issues and ability to explain them to supplier and/or the internal organization
