Job Description
- Management of IATF 16949:2016 quality management system
- Lead internal audit according to IATF and Customer Specific Requirements
- Manage the voice of the customer and customer satisfaction via scorecards
- Represent plant in front of customer audits and certification audits
- Manage quality for safety critical components
- Development of our management systems in all areas of the business
The Successful Applicant
- Knowledge of VDA standards
- Experience in certification audits like TUV Nord
- Experience in working with OEM customers
- Certificate of internal auditor of ISO 14001:2015
- English communication skills, German would be an advantage
- Experience with safety critical characteristics for safety critical components
- Certificate of internal auditor of VDA 6.3 - all modules preferable
- Engineer degree in Quality, Manufacturing or Engineering
- Experience in quality engineer / manager position in manufacturing company, preferably automotive industry
- English and Polish communication skills, both oral and written
- Certificate of internal auditor of IATF 16949:2016
- Knowledge of AIAG quality tools - APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP
- Strong execution skills, pragmatic decision maker
