Job Description
- Manage the schedule for completing client questionnaires, ensuring a balance between responding in a timely manner and providing enough time to answer questions.
- Ensure that answers given are accurate and consistent.
- Maintain a log of effort spent on completing questionnaires to help demonstrate value to the business.
- Issue due diligence questionnaires to vendors. Complete the initial review of responses, and raise items for discussion with the Information Security Manager, and service owner.
- Manage the platform that hosts the questionnaires, ensuring completed questionnaires are archived, in active vendor accounts are disabled, and establish some metrics to enable regular reporting on the process.
- Identify improvements that can be made to the process.
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in a similar position in an international environment.
- Experience in issuing questionnaires, following up with suppliers and providing an initial review of responses.
- Attention to detail, sense of responsibility and timelines.
- Fluent business English.
