Job Description
This role is responsible for review, assessment and application of the global standard process for system configurable controls&compliance as part of the Finance Project implementation and ERP Systems landscape. The analyst, will work on preparation of analysis, materials, presentations in regards to controls and compliance requirements considered as part of the rollouts and properly evaluate them to ensure consistency and alignment across various functions and stakeholders.
- Support the design of the configurable controls framework across the core ERP platforms and Central Finance (CFIN),
- Work with IT and GSS to implement the control environment consistently across all core ERPs and the CFIN implementation,
- Continually analyze and identify opportunities to enhance configurable controls across the core ERPs by leveraging new technologies, automate and drive efficiencies,
- Responsible for detailing deign in regards to configurable controls to be embedded in all CFIN process design,
- Participating in efforts during the CFIN design and implementation phase focused on controls verification as part of the UAT processes,
- Supporting GRC Controls design for CFIN and working closely with CAO Controls and Compliance group on efforts related to aligning CFIN design to GRC requirements,
- Providing expert analysis to CFIN Process Leads on control gaps in the proposed CFIN processes and work with them on resolving such gaps,
- Participating in efforts focused on automated controls as part of the increased efficiency and effectiveness in regards to the CFIN controls environment.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience on a similar position is a strong asset,
- 3+ Years of Finance, Accounting and/or Systems experience including 2 years of job-related experience with business processes standardisation, data management, data profiling and process quality in a complex ERP environment,
- SAP and HFM experience,
- Strong analytic skills including data mining, analysis, trending and writing accompanying commentary,
- Business reporting and analytic experience with a working knowledge of database architecture,
- Interpersonal skills to communicate and interact across all levels of the organisation including Controllership, Business and IT,
- Fluent English.
