- University degree in Accounting or Economics,
- Experience in international environment / Real Estate will be as asset
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communicator with both finance and non-finance professionals
Job Description
Process accounting transactions including journal entries, fixed assets, accruals, corrections, accounts reconciliations, month-end closing activities
The Successful Applicant
- Ensure accurate coding for timely month, quarter and year end close for various accounting areas,
- Prepare financial statements as well as tax and GUS declarations,
- Reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts,
- Identifies issues and recommends changes as necessary and monitors accounting records for accuracy and completeness,
- Auditor coordination.
