Job Description
- Analyzes current pricing pattern, identifies margin leakages, aligns results with sales and management team, defines and tracks counteractions
- Creates standard as well as customized pricing / margin / sales reports, aligns results with Sales and Management Team
- Supports Sales and Management Team in definition of product and customer market price windows, creates and maintains price lists
- Supports execution of company wide in the field of margin, price and contract management
- Supports creation and validates pricing and margin data of MS Azure Sales Data Warehouse
- Supports creation and maintenance of customer and product segmentation
- Develops automated processes to tracks adherence to pricing and margin sales guidelines, identifies outliers, create reports and aligns with Sales Management on problem solving
- Supports development of sales procedures and processes and standard works
- Supports creation and analysis of contract database
- Organizes and supports sales trainings on deal preparation and usage of margin / pricing reports
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education (min. bachelor's degree), major in sales, finance or marketing
- At least 2 years of professional experience in finance, marketing, sales, preferably in B2B and industrial environment
- Strong analytical skills, able to collect, analyze and summarize information from multiple sources and diverse supports in particular for managing complex pricing and commercial excellence data in B2B environment
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Azure, basic knowledge of commercial systems (CRM, ERP, MS Power BI)
- Fluent English, a second European language is a plus
- Creative minded and process oriented, always looking for opportunities of continuous improvement in all aspects of the Pricing Analyst role
- Good interlocutor and listener, able to diagnose needs and take directions from cross-functional leaders
- Results oriented, with understanding of B2B drivers and imperatives, both in customer relationship management, pricing and financial constraints
