Job Description
- Maintain calendar of direct superior
- Plan and manage travel arrangements and logistics (airline tickets, restaurants, conference rooms, hotels)
- Prepare weekly timesheets and expense reports
- Preparation of personal documentation according to legal and business requirements
- Interact with specialized outside vendors and other offices worldwide
- Coordinating information flow between Poland and HQ
The Successful Applicant
- At least 1 year of secretarial/assistant/executive assistant experience in dynamic and preferably multinational environment
- Very good English (cooperation with expats)
- Communicative French (nice to have)
- Knowledge of MS Office package
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work under high time pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Displays very high standard of professional behavior
