- Clarify order discrepancies with business units and customers; - Register of customer orders within system ERP; - Solve customer and business unit inquiries; - Act as interface between customer and company business units/warehouse/factories; - Ensure high level quality in all communication on behalf of the company with end customer in order to guarantee their satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
- College Degree; - Fluent in English, Proficiency in French and/or Flemish - minimum C2 level (able to communicate freely with customers and sales managers); - Proficiency using Microsoft Office Tools - (Outlook, Excel); - SAP knowledge (Module MM/FI, SD will be a plus); - Experience in Industrial environment or logistics will be a plus.
