Job Description
- Build and maintain the pipeline, with reporting on performance as required
- Engage with business leaders, process owners and SMEs to create awareness of RPA
- Design and administer opportunity identification mediums such as workshops, crowd sourcing and self-service forms
- Complete, validate and feed opportunities into the pipeline, working with the business area and IT to prioritize which opportunities to progress to qualification / development
- Own the delivery planning - including resource requirements
- Assist with the ownership, maintenance and monitoring of adherence with the standardized RCC approach in collaboration with enabling teams - including standards, methodologies, tools and best practices
- Work with others in the RCC team to embed new agile ways of working, fostering continuous improvement wherever possible
The Successful Applicant
- In depth knowledge of Lean Sigma tools and techniques and their application
- Proven experience of leading complex, cross-functional improvement projects
- Demonstrated track record of delivering significant business improvement
- Have analysed and redesigned business processes using standard business process re-engineering techniques, e.g. swim lane diagrams, Lean Six Sigma
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated experience of change management
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Excellent presentation & oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to be able to discover and interpret business change requirements
- Willingness to undertake some domestic / international travel (as required)
- Experience of process change and/or technology implementation (RPA, Ariba, ERP etc)
