Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities:
- responsibility for creating and implementing financial strategy in international manufacturing group,
- responsibiity for accounting, controlling, administration and IT departments,
- lead the process of budgeting long term planning and analyzing the variances,
- overseeing the process of preparation of all statutory financial reporting,
- responsibility for treasury and dividend policy,
- deliver management insight including forecasting and analysis of financial data to support CEO and COO,
- lead the review of and improvement to documentation of group wide finance policies and procedures and implement best practices in internal controls,
- lead the internal preparation for all external audit assignments and work with external auditors to ensure successful and timely completion of audits,
- responsibility for optimazation of current assets level and operating cost.
Requirements:
- minimum of 12 years of experience including minimum of 5 years as CFO,
- experience in multi plants manufacturing group is a must have,
- experience in M&A and DD is a definite asset,
- professional accounting qualification is a defnite asset,
- solid leadership skills with ability to efficiently interact with board members and government representatives,
- fluency in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
