Currently we are looking for a person for the position of:

Digital Services Analyst (Mobile Apps, IoT) - temporary contract
Digital Services Analyst (Mobile Apps, IoT) - temporary contract

Key activities
  • Support functional review and feature-set administration of EIA mobile solutions and IoT applications
  • Product Owner responsibility for weight management solutions and IoT and other web or mobile apps
  • Manage projects related to digital experience (supporting development and implementation of new online and mobile assets, as well as change requests for existing ones)
  • Strict cooperation with various stakeholders from Corporate, Region and Sub-regions.
  • Coordination of implementation of various applications on the markets and post launch continuous delivery of prioritized items from the backlogs.
  • Execute User Acceptance Tests for respective markets of Subject Matter Expertise for Bugfixes and New Functionalities
  • Identify duplicate and impacting functional requirements originating from sub-regions and help moderate the development of cross-regional solutions
  • Provide Post-Implementation support to business units in sub-regions for digital platforms
  • Utilizing data for reporting and providing feedback for potential enhancement and roadmap planning
  • Perform analyses and provide interpretation, guidance and strong recommendations to aid decision making and inform business planning
  • Planning pre-launch activities such as testing, roadmap creation
  • Support with translation planning
  • Usability testing planning and execution
  • Stay current on digital marketing and ecommerce trends, research and evaluate market opportunities and customer/ABO behavior to increase online revenue contribution and client satisfaction
Key Qualifications required
  • 2-3+ years digital / technical experience / Digital Native ideally experience in digital department of international company
  • Product Owner experience with hands on Scrum methodology
  • Experience in Business Analysis and Strong Business Process orientation
  • Strong understanding of and experience with eBusiness (eCommerce processes, Content Management, SEO, CXP/UX/UI/Usability, Web Analytics and similar)
  • Experience with Adobe Digital platforms is a strong benefit
  • Understanding of technical procedures such as UAT, Deployment, SLA, staging and production systems etc. Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum.
  • Understanding of basics of HTML, PHP, Java, Flash, HTML5 etc
  • Experience with and understanding of business and functional requirements including ability to document for technical teams
  • Experience in dealing with technical Agencies

  • Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Ability to work in a sometimes highly technical environment, and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Project Management Skills, ideally with experience of PM methodologies
