Right now, our Client is developing his SSC Centre in Warsaw and looking for Accounts Payable Assistant with English.
Your main responsibilities on this position will be: completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, maintains pocket expenses and company credit cards, contributes to development and optimization of financial process Purchase to Pay (P2P), Secures internal control system, Supports ad-hoc analysis and contributes to projects.
Ideal candidate for this role will have practical experience in international financial accounting & reporting (preferably accounts payable / pocket expenses), fluency in English, very good verbal & written Polish (German will be an asset), experience in SAP (FI / MM) and MS Office, education in finance & accounting will be an asset.
