With over 4000 of employees located in 25 countries they are rapidly growing their business, looking for SAP FI Support Consultant/Business Analyst to support sales and distribution processes in terms of SAP system. The position is located outside Warsaw, close to Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki.

Job Description
- Bridge the gap between the business requirements and IT solutions.
- Acquiring a good knowledge of the business processes on the one hand and the functionality of the SAP modules.
- Playing a key role in the building, managing and continually improving the company best practices for finance within domains of accounts receivables, accounts payables (including vendor invoice management), general ledger and legal reporting, bank accounting, asset accounting, and all integrations points with the logistical processes.
- Having focus on group level meaning you will be involved in the support of all countries within group-wide projects.
- Being the first point of contact for business key users regarding support and various enhancements in the domains you are assigned.
- Analysing the needs and demands of key users and organise this information in an action plan with proposals for solutions.
- Implementing the solutions within the IT application in line with the company best practise model.
- Checking and monitoring the progress of ongoing projects (roll outs & functional optimisations) and are responsible for creating and executing IT test scenarios.
- Documenting new processes, train the business key user and support them when executing user acceptance tests.
- Supporting key users and users during a go-live.
- Organising internal discussions, support key users and continue to play a coordinating role after the implementation. You are able to anchor your know-how in the organisation and play an educative role in informing your "community" of new developments and optimisations.
- Working with your colleagues in the IT Competence Center.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in an ERP environment is a must,
- Profound knowledge of SAP FI,
- Strong experience as a Key User or Consultant and willingness to develop into IT side of SAP,
- Knowledge of SAP SD & Logistics Execution and controlling is a plus.
- Conceptual thinker, results- and goal-oriented, service-minded, easily communicating with end users.
- Experience in change management is a plus,
- English fluent.
