Financial Controller

Opis stanowiska:
- drafting budgets, forecasts and cash flow plans for real estate companies within the group as well as comparison with actual performance,
- preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements of group companies and actively taking part in consolidation process,
- taking part in the process of creation and implementation controlling procedures and tools,
- cooperation with accounting, business controlling and leasing departments,
- preparing ad hoc analysis and presentations for management board,
- financial modeling, taking part in development projects.
Wymagania:
- at least 3 years of professional experience in controling or audit company,
- practical knowledge of financial reporting and controlling in real estate industry will be a strong asset,
- ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines,
- fluency in english, highly developed organizational and communication skills.
