Technicolor is a multinational company having offices worldwide and employs nearly 17,000 people. In Technicolor FSSC Warsaw, we provide financial and accounting services for Group companies based in Europe.
Currently we are looking for candidates for the position:

Cash flow Controller


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and co-ordinate consolidated European full year budget. Prepare and maintain adjusted balance sheet and free cash flow in budgeting models
  • Prepare & co-ordinate consolidated European full year forecast for cash flow on a monthly basis. Review & interrogate monthly movements as submitted, identify drivers of variances and adjust consolidated forecast models accordingly. Submit the full year forecast to worldwide team with commentary vs key reference points
  • Prepare and co-ordinate actual cash flow comparison vs key reference points with commentaries for the key variances
  • Prepare consolidated weekly cash flow (WCF) summary for 2 months view with comparison to key reference points. Co-ordinate collecting WCF views from business controllers, AP & AR. Review movements and variances with Controllers
  • Co-ordinate and consolidate half yearly the daily cash landing views from control teams, and provide variance analysis against key reference points
  • Reporting to Financial Director, close liaison with the FSSC Controllers, UK Planning Manager and US Consolidation team


  • University degree with Finance, Audit or Controlling, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent would be an advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years prior experience in the area of finance/audit/controlling
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with advanced Excel ability, willingness to take full ownership of tasks
  • Strong core business skills including influencing, stakeholder management, building relationship and presentation skills
  • Challenge status quo and act as agent of change
  • Proactive, independent, open, and a proven "can do" attitude
  • Learn from the past but be future orientated 
  • Ability to complete projects timely and accurately is critical
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Fluent in English is mandatory
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and a preference to work in a collaborative environment. Willing to discuss and defend ideas
