Job description:
Information System Support (LISS) is the central support operations team for all of the Legal departments / end users, delivering cost effective, high quality day-to-day training and support for Legal information systems, including but not exclusively, Legals Core Application suite Metratech - Team Connect and AFA module, Ticketing System, SharePoint, Legal World and Legal Document Management System (LDMS).
LISS is instrumental in ensuring uptime and support of all of Legals core application once in production and plays a significant role will rolling out new systems.
As Information System support you will be mainly responsible for:
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of and/or experience with the assigned business.
Experience with 0ffice 365 at Intermidiate level.
ServiceNow experience is a plus.
iManage expertise is a plus.
Metratech application suite is a plus.
A passion for information management and IT.
Awareness of Shell Legal’ s way of working.
Strong time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
Well-developed written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong in written and spoken English.
