Our Client, a global company in the retail sector, is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst. Hired person will be dedicated to one of the Distribution Center in Poland and take responsibility for the Supply Chain analyses and operational planning process. Position is based in Grodzisk Mazowiecki.

Job Description
- Daily control of warehouse operations based on performance indicators (financial and non-financial KPI's, operating costs)
- Providing guidance to the internal team to improve operational and financial performance
- Identifying/Implementing optimizations in the warehouse processes
- Operational planning, including preparation of department budgets and forecasts
- Responsible for department monthly closing (accruals creation and review, operational KPIs, costs analysis vs plan)
- Ensuring business operations are in compliance with company policies and best practices
- Ad hoc projects/analyses
The Successful Applicant
- 2-5 years of experience as a Supply Chain or Logistics Analyst / Demand or Production Planner or similar
- Distribution Center work experience would be a plus
- Willingness to share knowledge and develop others
- Ability to combine data from multiple sources
- Analytical mind and business acumen
- Result orientation
- Ability to influence others to realize goals
- Head full of ideas to implement in business operations
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Advanced knowledge of Excel functions and its various applications
- SAP knowledge would be a plus
