Our client is a global multinational currently undergoing a dynamic transformation aimed at creating an optimal operating model. A new role of OTC Global Process Owner (Director level) will be created in Warsaw which will involve designing new process standards, their roll out and continuous optimization in the years to come. The role will interact with shared services delivery teams within the Accounts Receivable scope and IT teams in terms of optimal process set up. This is an excellent opportunity for a process engineer with a Six Sigma certification to take on global responsibility

Job Description
- Design, roll out and continuously improve processes within the Accounts Receivable spectrum for the whole company worldwide
- Act as Global Process Owner and business partner for all interested parties including shared service teams and local finance teams
- Act as a change agent within the transformation and evolution of the company towards a new target operating model
- Create KPIs and SLAs to be adopted globally
- Lead a team of experts focused on process optimization in respective regions
The Successful Applicant
- Educated to university degree level
- ACCA, CPA or CIMA certification will be a strong asset
- Black Belt Six Sigma certification highly desired
- Track record in process analysis, design and optimization of financial processes
- Experience in working in a BPO or SSC environment with strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs and other process metrics
- Practical experience in accounts receivable roles including cash application and cash collection
- Well-developed influencing skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Openness to travel
- Fluency in English and Polish is a must
