* Assist with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store; * Dealing with documentation, preparing sales offers according to client and sales engineers expectations; * Ascertain customer's needs and wants, recommend and display items that match customer needs; * Accurately describe product features and benefits; * Follow all companies policies and procedures; * Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company; * Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time;
The Successful Applicant
* Proven working experience as a Sales Assistant or similar; * Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices; * Proficiency in English; * Solid communication and interpersonal skills; * Customer service focus; * Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality; * Basic administration skills;
