What’s the role?
You’ll support our HR Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager: first, with the second wave of an ambitious HR Transformation Programme, then in deploying HR operational excellence. Managed centrally, our global transformation programme will introduce new organisational design, new systems and adjusted HR processes for every country we work in.
Specifically, your role includes:
Supporting end-to-end process design as part of the HR Transformation Programme.
For the whole HR Function managing our HR Process Model including tools and documentary repositories while ensuring effective change control and consistent communication processes are in place to support global process changes..
Setting standards for HR Process documentation and ensuring process documentation management is always fit for purpose.
Coordinate the Process Owner Council meetings where the CI agenda is agreed.
Supporting the HR CI Deployment Lead by developing as strategy for the deployment of HR Operational Excellence.
