Job description:

What’s the role?
 
You’ll support our HR Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager: first, with the second wave of an ambitious HR Transformation Programme, then in deploying HR operational excellence. Managed centrally, our global transformation programme will introduce new organisational design, new systems and adjusted HR processes for every country we work in.
 
Specifically, your role includes:

  • Supporting end-to-end process design as part of the HR Transformation Programme.

  • For the whole HR Function managing our HR Process Model including tools and documentary repositories while ensuring effective change control and consistent communication processes are in place to support global process changes..

  • Setting standards for HR Process documentation and ensuring process documentation management is always fit for purpose.

  • Coordinate the Process Owner Council meetings where the CI agenda is agreed.

  • Supporting  the HR CI Deployment Lead by developing as strategy for the deployment of HR Operational Excellence.

What we need from you
 
We’re keen to hear from professionals with ambition and enthusiasm in equal measure – people who can quickly contribute to the team and who are excited by exploiting the full potential of this opportunity.  Your CV should include as many of the following as possible:
  • Good English (in person and on paper).
  • A degree or equivalent; HR or Business Administration would be ideal.
  • First-hand operational HR experience, which has sharpened your understanding of the end-to-end HR operating model.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma) and familiarity with HR process models.
  • Intuitive stakeholder management and influencing skills; you’ve shown you can deliver through others, outside the immediate team where required.
