- Manage and develop sales team of five professionals.

- Achieve the corporate business goals by leading the integration of functional (sales, marketing, operations, service) knowledge, information and resources.
The Successful Applicant
- Solid background in printing / packaging business connected with understanding of operations and supply chain aspects.
- Successful sales experience and five years successful sales management experience, preferably in the print / packaging industry.
- Proficiency in English and Polish (working on daily basis).
- Strong leadership, proven managerial courage and change management.
- Willingness to travel across dedicated region.
