• 5+ years of experience on similar position preferred in SSC/BPO;
• Experience in an AML / KYC / Risk Management function would be a strong asset;
• Experience in team management will be an asset;
• Very good knowledge of English;
• Analytical and research/investigative skills;
• Ability to identify, recommend and implement improvements to existing processes;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to liaise with clients and manage relationships;
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills;
• Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
• University Degree.

• Supervise daily Risk Management processes;
• Review projects in regards to their compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures;
• Strong people management competencies to drive the multi-process teams in dynamic work environmental and multicultural society;
• Developing and motivating the team;
• Promote risk awareness, assessment and control within team;
• Perform staff appraisals; address any staff performance issues, etc.;
• Conducting regular team and 1:1 meetings; 
• Provide excellent client service;
• Supervise AML / Risk Management processes;
• Drive continuance improvement.
