Job Description
- Generate accurate and timely customer invoicing
- Translate specific contract language and concepts to Billing System environment
- Continuous monitoring of contractual compliance and reviewing contracts data entry for contract below $50K per month (small value contracts)
- Function as the subject matter expert for a portfolio of customer accounts and support junior staff in resolving client issues, billing complaints
- Create and improve processes to build efficiency
- Contact customers for queries resolution
- Generate regular analysis and ad hoc reporting
- Maintain strict adherence to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) controls
- Responsibility for training and knowledge transfer to the new team members
- Support the Supervisor/Director in the ad hoc projects
The Successful Applicant
- University degree (BA/BS or equivalent) in accounting or finance is required
- 3-4 year experience in Accounts Receivables
- Good command of spoken and written English (C1) and knowledge of any other foreign language preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to frame issues and articulate findings
- Critical thinker and exceptional problem solver
- Proficient use of MS Excel - large spreadsheets, pivot tables, sorting, reporting
- Previous experience with SAP strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail
