For our Client, an international company from the FMCG industry, we are currently looking for an experienced Procurement Manager. On this position, you will be responsible for indirect procurement operations and people management (approximately 30 FTE). The job is located in Cracow with regional responsibility for over a dozen European entities.
Responsibilities:
- overseeing the planning and tracking of indirect procurement activities, preparing cost budget and savings forecasts for over a dozen European entities,
- ensuring minimal buyer risk by adhering to the quality and commercial procedures,
- monitoring all procurement and sourcing operations,
- conducting follow-ups with key stakeholders and local Procurement Managers,
- being responsible for cost-out programs and processes to reach financial targets and recommend optimization solutions,
- managing of 30 FTE structure, maintaining a high level of employees engagement,
- ensuring required quality of performed operations,
- creating an environment oriented to trust, open communications and cohesive team effort.
Requirements:
- min. 3 years of previous experience in a similar position (preferably indirect procurement),
- previous experience in people management (min. 2 years),
- university degree in the relevant area,
- fluency in English (C1),
- excellent communication skills, proactivity, hands-on attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills.
