Global Client Relations Analyst

Working with us, you will be responsible for:
Provide support on day-to-day account servicing and reporting needs for institutional clients located in (but not limited to) Europe, Asia, US, Australia, and the larger Americas. Coordinate with other GCSS hubs and perform reporting related functions via automated platforms or by creating presentation materials manually for non-standard requests. Identify reporting requirements and coordinate deliveries with other business units as needed. Provide subject matter expertise with language translation, production/problem resolution on client reporting and related services.
Daily tasks:
- Build and maintain professional working relationship with GCSS hubs globally and provide support to sales offices in US, EMEA, and Australia, and collaborate with other business units in providing support on new account on-boarding, monthly/quarterly reporting and related servicing needs.
- Administer post-sale report production on automated platforms, as well as create presentation materials manually for non-standard requests, and ensure timely delivery of high quality reports to internal and external clients. Analyze and resolve report production issues. Maintain communication with report recipients on production issues and on-going support/enhancement.
- Maintain excellent business knowledge, customer needs, internal policies & procedures, as well as systems capabilities and constrains. Assist in creating best practices and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Maintain production metrics, identify trends, and recommend viable automation solutions.
Ideal candidate:
Knowledge, education, and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 2+ years institutional financial services or comparable high-quality analytical experience required
- Familiarity with institutional clientele, products, servicing needs, and information standards
- Experience working in a global business environment with diverse cultures and time zones
- Experience in report creation using PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with client communications and reporting systems/packets
- Computer Literate (working knowledge in all MS applications with strong proficiency Excel & PowerPoint, Exstream Dialogue book production via web-based user interface)
- Fluency in other foreign languages is a plus (French, Italian, & German…etc)

- Ability to communicate effectively with internal business partners with diverse areas of expertise (Portfolio Management, Portfolio Administration, Performance, Risk, FTT, Information Management, Client Services, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Settlements, etc.)

- Excellent written & verbal communication

- Proven ability to analyze complex reporting issues and problem resolutions
- Ability to formulate and implement solutions with minimal guidance and structure
- Excellent documentation skills to capture solutions / workflows as repeatable and defined processes
